UK Trading standards based out of Caerphilly, Wales have successfully prosecuted a man involved in manufacturing and selling merchandise without permission of the rights holders. Newport Magistrates’ Court sentenced Darren Greenhaf, 40, of Caerphilly on September 8 after he pleaded guilty to ten offences under the Trade Marks Act 1994. Read The Full Story
